Delivery Information
Each Livona London order is made bespoke in our factory to ensure the highest quality and perfect consistency. Because of this, deliveries are currently taking up to 10 working days. In some cases please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.
We recommend placing your order well in advance of any fitting appointments or client bookings to ensure timely delivery.
Every order is handled with care and precision - luxury takes time and we promise it is worth the wait.
Returns policy & Refunds

At Livona London, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with all hygiene and security tags intact.
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If hygiene tags have been removed or unsealed, the product is not in its original condition, or it has been damaged, no refund will be issued. In these cases, you will be required to cover postage costs if you wish to have the item returned to you.
You are responsible for returned products until they reach us. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured postage as proof of return.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds on opened products will only be issued if the hair is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault. In such cases, the hair must be returned to our factory for inspection and testing.

This process can take up to 90 days
If it is determined the issue was caused by incorrect application, use or care by the purchaser, no refund or replacement will be provided.
